• brainstorm ideas of CONFLICT
• think about/get into teams
• start thinking about working with the students from Ms. Rodriguez-Graber's class
  (her classes are mixed 6th, 7th, 8th graders)
• go to the PAT website and look through the previous student PAT books and the colleciotn of books at the Wolfsonian

THis will help you to get situated to work at the Wolfsonian

Your assignment -- due TUESDAY -- is

1. select on work of art from the collection
2. create your own version or homage to that work of art but UPDATED to fit our circumstances / conditions today
3. you may use any medium -- drawing, collage, painting, sculpture, photo montage
4. BUT your work has to relate back to the original
5. write a relfecton about why you chose the particular work of art; how tht work is still relevant and meaningful to us today; what you did to update the work; how your work relates back to the original
